Economics: Vaad-Vivad

Vaad-Vivad It is the annual national debate competition held by PiE – The Economics Club of IIM Udaipur, to test the practical application of economic concepts and debating skills of students across B Schools and UnderGrad colleges of India.

Round 1:  EcoTrivia

Online Trivia round having basic questions on Economics and current affairs, having 25 questions and overall time allotted to complete the trivia will be 15 minutes.

Round 2:  Case-O-Nomics

Caselets based on economic situations and current affairs will be provided to the candidates and they will have to present the solution in the form of a ppt(max 2 slides). This round will be judged on the basis of clarity and practicality of the solution.

Round 3:  Speak it up

This is the final debate and extempore round. The topics of debate will be shared with the winners of round 2 on the day of round 3.
