HR: Arohan

Arohan is organized by dHRuva – The HR Club of IIM Udaipur. Arohan is a case study competition with the objective to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas from diverse perspectives. It consists of two rounds. The first round is online, in which candidates submit their case study solutions, and the shortlisted teams are sent another case and invited to present their solution in the second round.

Arohan brings a chance to refine your HR skills and elevate your decision-making skills. We bring to you HR Saga, a case-based stimulation, and subsequently, HR Whizz, where you can present to us your work.

Round 1: HR Saga

A case will be sent to the registered candidates. The candidates are required to submit the analysis (in doc format). Shortlisted candidates will be eligible for the next round. Submission links will be provided to the teams at the beginning of the competition.

Round 2: HR Whiz

The shortlisted candidates are expected to be present virtually for the final round. They will be provided with a zoom link. The contestants will be provided with a new case and they have to present their analysis on the new case to a panel on 30th October 2022, which will be evaluated based on creativity, content, and practical applicability.

Guidelines:

  • Registration in a team of 2-3 members.
  • All members of a team should be from the same institute.
  • Both 1st year & 2nd-year students are eligible.
  • Teams can be a mix of 1st & 2nd-year students irrespective of the specialization.
  • There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute.
  • There is no restriction on the number of events a team can participate in SOLARIS.
  • Rules of the contest are binding; all decisions of the organizers will be final.
  • Teams with plagiarized content in their reports will be immediately disqualified.
