HR Blitz, proudly organized by dHRuva – The HR Club of IIM Udaipur, is more than just a competition; it’s a dynamic platform for the vibrant exchange of knowledge and ideas from diverse perspectives. Comprising three engaging rounds, HR Blitz is designed to challenge and empower the HR enthusiasts of tomorrow.

Round 1: Online MCQ Quiz

An online objective quiz of 20 minutes to test basic understanding in Aptitude, Analytics, and Technological domain.

Round 2: Case Study Submission

Teams that clear Round 1 are required to submit a 2-3-page solution to a small analytics-based case study. The case studies will be shared with the respective teams via email. The top teams would be qualified for Round 3. Participation Certificates are awarded to all teams who qualify for this round.

Final Round: Case Presentation

Teams that clear Round 2 are required to present the proposed solution to the previous case study.
