Marketing: ZEITGEIST

Zeitgeist is a part of Solaris 2021-22, the Management festival of IIM Udaipur.

“The pen is mightier than the sword.” Marketing is all about delivering the right content at the right time. The marketing club of IIM Udaipur invites all the marketing enthusiasts to send their intriguing, captivating, and original pieces of writing/articles to be published in the yearly edition of Zeitgeist.

 Individual participation

Details of the rounds :

Round 1: In this round, participants have to submit articles based on the given topics.

Rules and Regulations :

  • Participants have to write one article from the list of topics given, in the template format specified.
  • The maximum number of authors could be one.
  • The word limit for the article is 1000 – 1500 with font and spacing as Times New Roman, 12, 1.5 line spacing with 1” margins.
  • The naming convention to be followed for the article is Zeitgeist_YourName and the article should be mailed to marclan@iimu.ac.in .
  • All authors are requested to share a brief profile (25-30 words) and passport size photographs (.jpeg) along with their articles.
  • Citing others’ work as yours will not be accepted. Also, references are to be mentioned, wherever required.
  • Make it interesting and attractive; add pictures! (All the images should be of high-resolution)
  • Don’t forget to mention your name, institute name and batch in the submission.
  • The shortlisting criteria will be based on the content and creativity of the articles.
  • The format to be followed will be .doc or .docx.
  • The registration deadline for the submission is 15th October and the results will be declared between 30th October and 31st October.
